Colorado fans realizing Deion all talk, no substance!

I laugh every time I hear Deion talk about how his team was prepared for the game and it should not have resulted in another blowout loss. I think that's called poor coaching. The biggest problem Colorado fans are dealing with now is finding another coach that wants to take over this huge dumpster fire Deion has created!

He’s the deal- if you win, nobody cares about any of that stuff in fact, they might start imitating you
But if you lose and lose a lot, people will find everything wrong with what you do
So the issue is winning

He convinced a few D1 athletes to play at an HBCU, and then was easily able to get good HBCU kids want to play for him. Obviously they were just going to outclass everybody on the field. Now when he has to compete with the best available, he is not going to win because he's not actually a good coach.

This was always going to be the outcome of him being there. He isn't a coach he is a public figure with no substance.

The biggest problem may be paying Deion’s buyout if they want to fire him. He got a 5 year/ $50 mil extension this year. And from what I can tell the buyout is $35 mil or so (based on some really quick Googling, don’t kill me if I’m off here).
They better hope he resigns due to health reasons, which is very much possible.
As far as finding a coach, it’s still a major conference gig. Someone will want it.

It’s crazy how Sanders was Mr. Football on every media clip and story for two years.
