It fits with our current plan of hiring HC before the AD. Let's hire the OC and DC before the HC too

I like the entire defensive staff.
All are regarded as good to great coaches (other than Williams due to a lack of experience) and seem to be recruiting well.

That refers to the staff, admins. The roster has plenty of holes due to the head coach being a loser.

NO, he will continue to be a great DC. I do question his in-game adjustments and game planning/preparing for a running QB.

Can't disagree with that- but if he stays or if he is replaced, we need to address a serious concern defending mobile quarterbacks.

Has Doc Brown shown up with a time machine and we're going back 25 years when college football isn't full of dual threat quarterbacks? His scheme has way too much of a weakness. Dominating bad offenses is not a great accomplishment.

Yeah and thats a valid criticism. Bakers scheme would have been the tits 10 years ago. But every team in college football, except LSU, has a mobile QB.

He is extremely overrated on this board…if we hadn’t seen the seven later of Hell with Matt House we wouldn’t be so happy with Baker….the players love him, but I’m just not sold

It seems like everyone wants to keep Baker, Wilson, Raymond, and Williams. Sadly, there's a good chance none of these guys will be on staff next season.
