The hot ham, egg and cheese sandwich from the Ridge Run Inn about 8:30am, being delivered to the duck blind by the sack full whilst freezing and hungover. It brought you back to life and made the ensuing case of beer taste like manna from heaven.

The Torch, between Auburn and Tuskegee on I-85. Their link or link, egg, and cheese biscuits are great.

Fisherman's Headquarters on Highway 27 in Carlyss, I might be confusing it with Cajun Fast Mart. They had a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on toast. They loaded that sucker up with bacon. Used to get two of them every morning on my way to fish during the summer when I was in high school.

Breakfast Club from Spillway Sportsman
Sausage, bacon, 2 fried eggs, and cheese on 3 pieces of toasted white bread

BLT with egg from Suires in Kaplan (technically not a gas station)

Speaking of Sportmans, the Sportsman's One Stop on Hwy 61 north of BR had a killer breakfast and breakfast sandwich. It would be 2nd to the Ridge Run Inn in Oak Ridge on my all time gas station breakfast list..

scrapple, egg, and cheese at Royal Farms in West Ocean City, Maryland.

Food in Maryland sucked when I lived there, except crab cakes and scrapple

Sausage/egg/cheese at Charlie B’s C-Store in Greenwood, SC. Had showed up early for a meeting at the Fuji Film plant nearby. Stumbled upon this place looking for coffee. Walked in and smelled fresh biscuits - was unreal

Pre 2013, there was a lady at the truck stop across from South terrebonne high(Presque isle),in front of the casino,OOOOOOO MMMMMGGGGGGGG! I used to order 40 biscuits for everyone and pick up on the way to work in Larose every now and then but I had one every day. This woman made the most delicious, mouth watering biscuits !! Huge smile and of course would not think of telling her secret. But something tasting that good from a truck stop casino was baffling
