ESPN and ABC gone from Youtube TV

Google and the mouse couldn't reach an agreement so at least for now ESPN and ABC have disappeared from Youtube TV.
I expect that they'll work it out at some point, hopefully today, because I just want to relax and watch college football tomorrow. There's always something that's gotta be a pain in the arse.
With Disney owning ESPN, Hulu and a big stake in Fubo, they expect Google to pay up or have customers driven to the Disney bundle.

Yeah, I am canceling all of my subscriptions and setting up FireSticks/Onn devices on our TVs to use 10k+ channels and VOD.
$15/mo > $100+/mo

So when you are watching a game on YouTube and you want to switch to another during a commercial break, is it possible? I’m constantly switching from game to game so I’m curious about how that works on YouTube

Just noting that YouTube TV was 65 / month when I first subscribed just a few years ago.

None of this consolidation is good for the consumer. This isn’t on Google. This is Disney intentionally bombing negotiations with unrealistic demands to drive people to their bundle offer with Fox.
People will be pissed at YouTube TV but they aren’t the problem here. You will eventually be at the mercy of whatever ESPN wants to charge for their bundle and they will charge as much as they possibly can before you balk

Try $35 per month when it originally came out. My football interests are already low probably because my teams suck but this just gives me an excuse to cancel and do other things with my time

You are correct, Disney is the culprit.

These fricking pissing matches don’t even hurt either companies. They just shift the damage right onto the audience
Cocksuckers already shortened games with the new clock rules and lied through their teeth saying that games would be over sooner

Best decision I ever made. $10/month and there isn’t a channel in the world that I don’t have

The business interference and collusion within this industry needs to come under scrutiny but that’s doubtful regardless of who’s in Washington..

What service cost $10/month and has all channels?

Will fubo solve the problem?

And I'm okay with that as long as YT doesn't cave. They've had enough of Disney's bullshite.
And like MSUTiger said, Disney is the culprit here, not Google.
