Can someone tell me about Kelvin’s X’s and O’s pedigree?

Not going to pretend i watch Lions football. Have heard people say he’s a great X’s and O’s guy but haven’t heard specifics.

Dude has coached for about 3 years onlyv1 as a coordinator. There are a lot more NFL coordinators that are better with more experience in both college and pro

Listen to Richard Dickson talk about him on Hannycast the other night. Called him a football genius. Said when they played together at LSU, Shep would screw up practice because he would call out what the offense was about to do just based on formation and stuff. They had to tell him to chill because it wasn’t helping but that’s pretty cool insight I thought.
