I don’t see how this can even be in question, given these relevations.

Make it happen - it is time we start weeding the garden or else we will starve during the famine which will be the result of inaction.

The Left use Judges as their Foot Soldiers because they know Judges are almost untouchable.

Personslly, I’d just like to see Cruz actually get one of these “outrageous injustices” he so eloquently and to often screams about taken to task. He’s great with speeches but actions haven’t ever matched the same zeal

If nothing else, the Judge will have no cases brought before him while the impeachment process plays out.

if the senate cant get the votes to "convict" then the house and senates' next reconciliation bill needs to includes funding for his position at $1/yr salary....

He and other repubs would not even talk about doing this while this judge was using lunatic lawfare against Trump. Now that it is personal to certain senators/people, they get their jimmies all in a wad and want to take the judge on. Still, nothing will be done by the weak arse do nothing congress.

I'm no lawyer but I'd assume immunity might get in the way.

Even if he acted in excess of his authority or maliciously, he's still protected.

I doubt that he recuses himself from all of his cases during the proceedings.

Also, Art. III prohibits the reduction of a judge's salary.

What are the voting procedures to impeach? What totals you need?

There are bound to be some creative punitive things that can make that bastard miserable.

Reduce the money allocated to run his court. Make them eat Mc Donalds

Gonna go out on a limb a say there are too many rinos that they will never impeach a soul. And if they can’t impeach this hack, they can’t impeach anyone,

Hope I’m wrong

House simple majority, & 2/3 of Senate.

A single House member can introduce a resolution for impeachment, then referred to the House Judiciary Committee for investigation. If approved, debated in the House for full vote & on to the Senate.

What's sad is, there need to be people from the Democrat side of the aisle coming out and saying how abhorrent this all is and supporting actions against all this... but they won't. Because they are scum bag pieces of shite... And Thomas Massie and Rand Paul vote with them.
