Immigrant asks VP JD Vance “Why did you sell us a dream? You made us spend our youth, our wealth in this country. How can you stand there and say there are too many immigrants?”
Vance: “My job as Vice President is not to look out for the interests of the whole world. It’s to look out for the people of the United States.”

If tweet fails to load, click here. JD took unfiltered questions from students at the Ole Miss TPUSA event yesterday for over an hour.
quote:
JD Vance just stood on stage for over an hour taking unscreened questions from students on abortion, Israel, immigration, and Christianity in front of 10,000 people and millions more watching at home.
Politicians don't do that. It's too risky, especially for the Vice President of the United States. But he did it anyway to honor Charlie.
He was transparent, honest, and authoritative.
A complete masterclass.

JD was great. Will be a breath of fresh air getting him on the debate stage for 28 vs Gav

JD would mop the floor against Gav in a debate. I'd be much more interested to watch a JD vs. Buttigieg debate. Two very intelligent people battling it out in a real debate.

He's gonna make Gavin look so bad.

If he loves Americans so much why didn’t he marry one

JD would mop the floor against any of the Dem nominees in a debate. I also can't wait to see it. Definitely will require a big bowl of popcorn.

Their American dream is to come here and have everything handed to them. Our American dream is paying for it.

If you think the deck was stacked against Trump in his debates... wait til Vance gets up there.

He did. She is an American citizen, born to parents who were here legally, for years before she was born.
I'm not sure her parents (professors at San Diego UCSD and SDSU), and ever applied for citizenship, but they are obviously here legally, or the MSM would have been all over that.

Won't matter. Might even be good if they try - he will expose them, take their stacked deck, and beat them over the head with it. With a large audience to take it all in.
Remember his retorts to Martha Raddatz? "Do you hear yourself Martha? 'Only handfuls' of apartments were overrun by immigrant gangs?"
Or to Margaret Brennan: " I don’t really care, Margaret. "
