It's probably been covered before, but has any fast-food chain fallen as hard as KFC?

I always liked them pretty well, but I went there last night and couldn't eat any of it. It was awful.

I think it depends on the store. The one by my house has awesome pot pies. But thats the only thing I would ever order there.

I loved kfc growing up because it was the only option for deep fried chicken. Can’t imagine going there now though

I've noticed a few Wendy's shutting down around where I live, and in what loook to be prime locations, wonder what's going on with them?

no different then Pizza Hut and those type brands
Pizza Hut is a shell of it's former self
Aren't KFC and Pizza Hut owned by same brand
Once they got involved it was all downhill

I'm sure some locations suck, but I still love the original recipe done right.

Wendy’s has, historically, had shitty employees to start with.
The one near me seems to have perpetual supply problems in addition to a crew which is perpetually baked.

IMO Wendy's has the be the bigger downfall. In the 90's and early 2000's Wendy's had elite spicy chicken sandwiches, burgers and even the grilled chicken salad that came with the breadstick. I have tried it a couple times over the last 5 years and its inedible.

It was something different from burgers and I usually liked it OK, but we won't be going back.
Basically threw 25 bucks away.

I can't remember it ever being good. Maybe as a kid growing up in the Popeyes era.
Even Churches was better than kfc

Pizza Hut in this area doesn’t resemble what it used to because the franchisee went bust then it came back mainly as delivery-only locations.

Wendy's for me. They ruined the spicy chicken sandwich. My go to road trip fast food sandwich that would not give me bubble guts.

We used to have an all you can eat KFC in our town until like 15 years ago when it got robbed and they closed down.

Restaurant quality is dropping everywhere, especially fast food.
We should all start cooking more.

When you've had Popeyes, KFC seems like it's for homeless people.

Burger King. Seems like years ago at one point they were trying to challenge McDonald’s. Whopper was an awesome burger. Now it seems like every Burger King is a ghetto.
