I guess the "One of Us" Orgeron crowd has regrouped. At this point it might have been better to let BK finish out the season.

Just browse this site and you’ll see it. All it took was one press conference

Some of these people have lost their mind

Winning out would be a disaster. The morons will get louder and then the race card would get played by the usual suspects when he wasnt hired.

Nevermind the 26-40 record as a head coach.

Yeah it’s going to be a problem if LSU wins out or even looks good but loses one the rest of the way.

I like Wilson. I loved his press conference. I want him at LSU and heavily involved with recruiting. I don’t want him to be the head coach at all though.

The “march for Les and Orgeron is one of us” crowd is a larger and dumber than many here realize.

People clearly don't understand the magnitude of this hire. This time, it is a make or break type of hire. We are teetering on the edge and we're not going to entrust Frank when we're on the brink of the program being a complete non-factor in college football. Honestly, it wouldn't be fair to him.

Its this mindset that makes large parts of Louisiana corrupt shite holes. Theres nothing wrong with choosing an "insider" but at the same time it would be stupid to completely disregard merit.

I think it's fair for people to be excited that a man who loves the university and program as much as we do is at the helm.

Whether he gets a legitimate opportunity at the permanent position will depend on the results over the next 4 games. If he goes 4-0, he will be taken seriously.

Winning football games is the most important criteria.

And this folks is the stupidity OP is referring to

Winning the next 4 games means he can run the program long term?

Said this was going to happen and got down voted to oblivion.

The media is going to spin this 7 different ways and you bet Ryan Clark will be leading that ship.

Great man and needs to stay on staff no matter what but not as HC
