Idea for preventing intentional walks

In recent years, MLB has outlawed extreme shifts, extended the DH to both leagues, installed a pitch clock, changed the regular season extra inning rules, and tinkered with automated balls/strikes.
Why not address the most egregious rule in sports, the loophole that rendered the greatest player in the 160-year history of the sport meaningless in the biggest game of the season last night?
New Rule: A team is allowed 1 intentional walk per game. An "unintentional intentional walk" is further discouraged by implementing a secondary, much larger pitch zone into which pitches must land. Any consecutive pitches that don't land in the "intentional walk zone" result in ejection of the pitcher and manager. The intentional walk zone would be monitored solely by radar, not human umpires. Human umpires would have discretion to penalize a team for violating the "consecutive pitch" rule or for granting a reprieve and judging the consecutive misses to be accidental (I.E. a pitcher legitimately can't find the zone or has the ball slip out of his hand).

Why are we trying to fundamentally change every aspect of the game? If you don’t like baseball don’t fricking watch.

Let's just make the pitcher bean the batter if they want to walk. Payback for that homer. Every time.

What’s wrong with intentional walks? If your lineup can’t punish the other team for doing it that’s your problem.

And this list gives you confidence MLB should bastardize the pastime more?

For a walk simply award second base instead of first. We could get back to actual pitchers and not just throwers.

You could simplify it. You get one intentional walk. You throw a four pitch walk and it’s two bases otherwise.
