Light the inside on fire. Won't smell the dog any longer...

Orange peels and/or fabric soften sheets. Leave them in your car overnight. You are welcome.

Rent carpet cleaner from the grocery store.
Spray and vacuum everything including the headliner.
Leave windows down for a few hours for it to dry.

i bought a truck from a girl that used the back seat as a chihuahua breeding farm and all the dogs smoked. i left it standing open in the sun whenever i could. i sprinkled the carpets with carpet fresh or something similar. i scrubbed the upholstery and plastic panels with murphy oil soap. also constantly hosed it down with febreeze and left it open in the sun.

it took 6 months until it was no longer noticeable (or I adapted). 8 years later and i never notice it.

Charcoal, leave it for a week, and then leave your pets at home.

Vaccum your car and then use an ozone generator in it.

Add in an enzyme based cleaner on fabric. When you use the ozone machine make sure you leave a window cracked and then let the car air out for 15 minutes or so before you get in it. You shouldn't directly breathe ozone in right after you shut the machine off, it can seriously damage your lungs.

buy a small ozone generator on Amazon and place it in the car for a couple of hours. Open the doors for about 30 minutes to let it air out, and the smell should be gone. I did this with my truck, and it worked great

Well, it wasn’t even my dog. I was helping a neighbor somebody found it. I went to get it. They had it in a little kennel. It pissed in it had it all over its paws and feet. I put it in my truck and it jumped from the front seat to the backseat with piss infested feet, so that’s what happened.
