Who is critical to keep as foundation pieces of the program?

Coaches-
1) Raymond- Proven commodity. Significant increase in talent and production since his return
2) Hankton- Great track record of development and production.
3) Wilson- In state relationships are critical

Players-
1) Berry- Limited sample size but could be the centerpiece of an offense
2) Pickett- Elite shut down corner who is only going to get better
3) Green- Just scratching the surface of his potential. Instant mismatch that could be used in a variety of ways. He could be our version of Tyler Warren that carried Penn St deep into the playoffs

Hankton is a fraud as far as development but players like him and it’s at a position we’re always elite at, so it’s fine.

Thanks but no thanks on Blake Baker. You would think the highest paid DC in college football would be able to scheme to either stop or at least slow down a dual threat QB. Hard pass on Baker.

Plenty of players I won’t back. Offensive coaches, really nobody with possible exception of Frank. Defensively, nobody has been consistently bad. Would be okay with any of them coming back.

Re-recruit your entire roster and ensure that you adequately compensate each player to prevent them from leaving. It's crucial to keep Ashton Stamps and Kaleb Jackson on the team by guaranteeing them a role. Additionally, make sure to bring in Trey Holley and Deebo Atkins, as both of them deserve a spot on this team.

This will fix itself when we have LBers that do their job. Since Whit's gone out this has been brutal.

I would include Reliford. I think he was going to break out this season had the injury not happened. He’s a physical player who works really hard and has more upside than all the older edge players who will be gone after this year.

I am not sure there is any player who is not likely to leave for the draft after this season that I feel the need to get rid of.
