Could be a serial killer, could be the congestive heart failure catching up to people. Place is full of sickos.

Look away. Nothing to see here. Can we just focus on Trump destroying the White House? Isn’t that a bigger deal that people actually dying?

I'd die if I had to go to that place as well.

Average of 160k people visit Disney World daily and average life span of a human is only 29k days. Seems logical that this would happen more frequently.

Don't fall for stupid media tactics. Over 160,000 people visit Disney each day. Over two weeks that's millions. Out of a pool of millions, three people dying isn't that noteworthy.

Old person died of a heart attack on the haunted mansion ride 1000 ghosts now, some person killed themselves jumping in front of a monorail, this person sounds like another old person dying from being old at Fort Wilderness.

No need to click a link.

#metoo. I went once in 1992 with my first wife and we had a good time, but I can't imagine going there with how crowded it is now.

I guess you could say there are 1001 ghosts now

They average 159,000 daily visitors. Average death rate is 8 per 1000 people per year. Now, most people close to death aren't going to Disney World, but you'd expect a few deaths there every year.

There’s always room for one more, I hear.

Unless this person counts as 2, 1000 would be the joke because the ride says 999 happy haunts.

We stayed at the Contemporary earlier this year. Could have been me! I'm definitely never going back, now.

Another suicide at the Contemporary Hotel? Very sad as I have nothing but fond memories there. Must be something really wrong to want to die there

You'd really think it was something that happened more often. More than likely it does, but people aren't as keen on keeping things behind the curtain as they used to be.

With the amount of 400+ pound fatties riding around the parks in motorized scooters because they can barely walk, I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often. Especially in the summer.

to be fair, with credit card apps on phones now you can see how much you spent while you're still there. this may cause extreme reactions.
