So one out of every three people in NYC public housing weren't born here and you're placing the blame on them for the commie being on the verge of the mayorship? That's a small piece of the overall electorate. Is it a problem... sure. But I think this is being overplayed.

You mean an Immigrant city for over 400 years has a large foreign population? NYC’s public housing has always seen a lot of immigrants, going back to the early days of tenement housing in the 19th century.
