She was doing this towards people with TPUSA shirts and flags
When this was going viral, the school deleted it's Facebook and X accounts to stop people from commenting or @'ing them in the video.
Looks like they are standing by her.

It is Chicago after all but I would withdraw my kid and demand that there be no contact whatsoever with that teacher

That almost concerns me more than the act itself.
No, I obviously don't live near these people much less have kids at their school.
But i have to pay taxes that support this shite (until we pull all federal funding) and live with the effects of the votes and other acts resulting from these indoctrination camps.

The teacher should be vilified; the school not so much. It was a gross thing to do and it glorified assassination. That is repugnant. But it is not a firing offense for a government institution. If it was a private school, then they are free to fire her if they choose. They didn’t really stand by her; they criticized her conduct. I wonder, though, if it had been a MAGA teacher, who made a gun gesture, would they have found the gun symbology too much to tolerate. We’ll never know, but we can guess.

This is your opinion. Most decent public schools have teachers sign a code of conduct of some sort. This would get you fired immediately here, without question.

Its teachers like this that are so awful that are driving my kids to be conservative. I don't really have to do anything.
