Best way to describe the current predicament this football program is in. And it starts at the top. BK is a zero effort, zero results coach. Can't get out of his own way. Can't put a 'complementary' team together. Offense is arse or the defense is arse. Yesterday it was both.

Can't expect the coordinators to do much better when the HC is trash. Players inevitably follow suit.

Stepping on their own dicks. Same excuses every week. We've all worked with or had employees who do the same. Talk about doing better or differently but you see the same results because they can't or won't make the real changes to be better.
