Pathetic! I should have gone walk around these losers, but the cops would have probably arrested me. It would have been better than the LSU game.

They did downtown. From pics to have seen, I would guess 75-100 people.

Jackson MS had one. Looked like the same crop of fruit loops who are always posting on Nextdoor

LINK

quote:

“I’m here because of the, quite frankly, constant abhorrent things that are happening to our country,” said Davis Moody, who traveled from Gulfport, Mississippi, for his first protest. “Just with this administration and pretty much every administration that’s come before. The constant injustices that we’re experiencing in this country. Firstly, minorities; second, people aren’t millionaire white men.”

quote:

“We are sick of Trump and his regime. We want to be free. We don’t want anything taken away,” said Rose Marie Jones, a rally attendee. “I’m retired. I’ve been in the 70s, 60s - 70s with activists there and we want freedom.”

quote:

Moody said he believes it is crucial for young people to attend these protests and exercise their rights. “It is so important for us to vote. I am taking an African American history class right now and I believe my professor said that less than 20% of people in my age group vote,” Moody explained. “That is embarrassing. We need to get out and we need to vote because, if we do not vote, we do not have a voice in this country.”

These people are legitimately retarded. They are worse than the Tea Party they teased. If you are going to protest, at least have somewhat of an actual issue at hand to bitch about

Are you implying that the Tea Party was wrong?

I've yet to find the "theme" complaint of these protests... just a hodgepodge of groups all with their own pet complaints. Weird.
