Someone said Rhule’s record against top 25 is almost as bad as Franklin and he hasn’t won a game against a ranked opponent since he was coaching at Temple

This is so on brand for major college ADs. The most puzzling thing is knowing that the public and experts all can identify this, but for some reason ADs just have no clue and will make the mistake.
