Unfiltered with Kiran
said he never took the stage an was taken to a local hospital. Apparently his band still came out and opened for Alabama.
Wonder what happened?
I love the guys from that era but some need to know when stop touring.

He’s been having medical issues for a bit now
Recently had quadruple bypass and he’s a big drinker

Almost goodbye. Hopefully just an almost.

He was the 1st concert I ever attended with my grandma in Lafayette at the Ryman auditorium.

Hoping it's nothing serious.

He’s going through the big D that’s why he couldn’t make it

Yeah, we didn’t know the “D” meant detox.

Apparently he has had some health issues for a long time. I say if he can still sing why not if he is doing what he loves.
Now some performers hang on too long. I am a big Bob Seger fan and he held on about 10-15 years too long after his voice was gone.

Speaking of hanging on too long, saw some video of last night and Alabama needs to stop. It’s sad to see Randy Owen keep doing this. You gotta know when to walk away

Saw Chesnutt, Joe Diffie, and Tracy Lawrence together at a county fair years ago. Good show.

Saw him in Baton Rouge River Center a few years back. 2017?
He for sure was losing that great voice he had, but I thought he still had enough and brought it to put on a really good performance. Was supposed to be his last run. It was time.
Now Elton John and Mick Jagger still have it. Pretty crazy the you think about it

Too hot to fish, too hot for golf… and too cold at the River Center.

Damn that would have been awesome. 3 of my favorite traditional 90's country singers. TL is my favorite and was some kind of good live years ago..

I’ve seen TL multiple times over the years. He’s still very good live. Comes to the Texas club at least once a year

He’ll think of something.

Saw them two years ago and said this. Love their music but it's time to enjoy the twilight years.
