Apparently he is on a ventilator with a brain bleed and family is about to pull the plug. All per TMZ
Side note, I was Ace for Halloween when I was 7.

I was on the rail at The Warehouse on the Alive tour. I was 15 and no idea that was as close I ever could get to a Shooting Star Mega Band.

I just listened to Eddie Trunk's show on Sirius & he is close to Ace. He made it clear he is not going to say anything until he gets something from the family to confirm it but you could tell he was shaken up while doing his show & almost breaking down. If he has not already passed then it is imminent.

In 1979, while in 2nd grade my buddies and I formed a KISS band. I was Ace. We all had KISS notebooks, shirts, etc., and mine were all Ace.RIP Frehley's Comet.

This friggin sucks. But honestly, with all the car wrecks and drugs, he was able to live a long life. RIP Space Ace.
