Amazon. It's where the reviews are from. Kindle and print versions. I'd laughed off the Bigfoot thing a few years ago, but apparently it's expanded into a whole genre.

Not endorsing the book, but that argument doesn't hold weight. Porn involves real people sometimes being heavily incentivized to degrade themselves for money. It's degrading because a lot of the women in porn are from rough upbringings or bad homes, abused, etc. and feel they have no other option.
Not defending one or the other, but this is just fantasy. Porn is actually happening.
