BR Police have made an arrest LSU shooting

I was mugged at gun point 20 years ago near LSU by a 15, 16, and 17 year old. Some things never change.

Probably all they can say since he's a minor.
I'm wondering if he was there with family or if he walked over from a President street

He will maybe spend a couple of years in juvenile detention then be on his way to kill again with a sealed juvenile record.
