They have some of the products at the HEB near me. I've tried the ground elk and ground venison so far and it's a good (but expensive) product.
Their "ancestral blends" include organ meats if you're into that type of thing.
Force of Nature Meats
I usually prep some sort of ground meat bowl for my work lunches and this gives me some options other than beef.

That's almost 3x what I pay for a pound of grass fed ground beef from Sam's, which is why I won't buy it the Force of Nature at H-E-B. I normally go through two pounds a week for weekday lunches alone.
Have you tried mixing up your flavor profile for what you do with the beef? I made a ground beef bulgogi, etc. To mix up my work llunches, I'd do two weeks of ground beef, a week of pastalaya (using Kiolbassa beef sausage), go back to ground beef, etc.

Yeah I change things up with the seasonings
Taco seasoning
Korean beef
Marinara and shaved Parm
Greek with tzatziki sauce
I'm about to prep a bowl for tomorrow with some shitaki mushrooms and Japanese BBQ sauce

No, Brian Johnson has nothing to do with this company. If he did he would have advertised the hell out of them

The ancestral blend doesn’t tastes much different
It’s too expensive.

Expensive but good product. Sometimes I use their frozen meatballs from Whole Foods when it’s on sale. They have a really good flavor and I just sear them in a cast iron pan.

I’ve ordered their chickens before. They’re really good but also very expensive.
