Is the art of the deal considered making a potent threat against someone, and when they respond to your threat in a stronger way, to then pull back or delay the action you said you would take via the threat?
If that is the definition of the art of the deal then yes—-that is what we have witnessed time and time again with Trump and his social media threats that he always pulls back.

There isn't an economic metric you can point to that says Obama was not a better president than Trump.
I also don't view any of this as a win-lose situation.
