Cold Water on Tub doesn't produce much water

My tub has two handles - hot and cold. Hot water works fine - strong pressure.
Cold water side has very little pressure. Handles are approx 18 months old.
Thoughts on cause and fix?

Sounds like you need to look at the valve stem to see if it's still in good shape.
If you don't know how to access it, check out u-tube videos to get the steps and take care of it. It really isn't all that hard to fix or hard to find a new one if that is needed. Many times you just need new washers and 0-rings to fix it.

What's your access like? Can you swap anything?

If it's a PEX system, look at the cold water manifold valve to see if it fully "ON"

Is the cold water handle leaking? If so, cartridge. (amazon, cheap)
