If only these foreigners knew to call 1-800-551-8900.

Sue the company for every got damn penny they have. Maybe their competitors will realize it's actually not cheaper to hire foreigners who can't speak English.

Their reactions are always so muted. Like “oopsie….my bad”, and the former people inside are all mangled and fricked up…bone, brain matter, blood….unbelievable

Okay.....as someone that used to teach ESL and lived abroad for years (and in some countries couldn't speak the language), how did this accident have anything to do with language skills? Drivers that read kanji or Portuguese or Spanish are more likely to fall asleep?
I drove for a few years abroad and at times couldn't read a few road signs in Khmer or Vietnamese and did just fine.

And fricking sue the state of California and Governor Newscum and the democratic state legislature that passed laws to license these people.

Doing the jobs regular Americans refuse to do.
Right?
Newscum should be brought up on manslaughter charges.

Yep. 110%

If you can’t read the fricking signs of the road while driving it’s a danger. I’m not sure how anyone could think otherwise but here we are with the left thinking this is ok.

There were probably signs warning of a construction zone, or lane closed ahead, or reduced speed?
Anyway, how does he not notice that the car and truck are getting closer really fast?

Death penalty should be on the table for something this egregious.

Were you a professional truck driver in Vietnam subject to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety regulations?

Here's an idea.......instead of acquiring language skills, how about road markers?
When I was in Cambodia, I recall approaching a town with a statue of a chicken at the roundabout. Thought it was odd but moved on. Next town had a statute of a horse. Next town was a statue of a crab. Weird.
When I got back to Phnom Penh, I mentioned it to a British pal of mine and he said that the illiteracy rate was so high in rural areas that they used unique road markers to give directions.
I guess it worked.

We aren’t talking about tourists driving a passenger automobile you absolute retard. We’re talking about professional truck driver operating big trucks loaded with heavy cargo.

The United States of America isn’t Cambodia you stupid motherfricker.
And if you’d use your GD brain to think for yourself for once and do a little research on your own, you’d find out these foreigners were paying to get the legal credentials for driving 80,000lb vehicles without passing a single test on their own. Pay the fees, get the necessary paperwork to hit the road, and that’s it.
The state of California is one of the biggest culprits for allowing this to go on.
