Anyone have any recommendations for this type of trip in Colorado?

Be prepared to drop some serious money. I dove deep into this a few years ago and was floored by the cost.
There are a few websites that were super helpful, like

It’s the travel board. From what I’ve seen money doesnt matter. I’m the poor that can’t take weeks around the world every year

I did one years and years ago in southern Colorado. We didn't drive cattle but we all were assigned horses we had to take care of and could ride in the area. Then they had a "cookie" wagon. Where a guy made us food and served it in metal plates with metal cups of hot tea or lemonade.
Was only 3 nights but it was fun. We slept in glamping tents. Forgot the price. We enjoyed it.
The best part was the trail rides and learning to ride the horse.

I would at least consider this.
I have been here probably 20 times over the years for a men's retreat in the first week of March. They use this time as a warm-up for their season. The staff are incredibly kind, courteous, and helpful. The food is unbeatable. Check it out.
