Knew what color he was before I ever even clicked... Folks should have fled those pews but they didn't... They didn't because they are brainwashed into thinking it is all the white man's fault for their plight...

On what grounds would a lawsuit have basis?

My guess is, if you dig into him a little, he probly got some black skeletons in there. All I heard was a bunch of black sheep clapping

It’s not about equality. He’s already got that.

It’s about what he REALLY wants. Supremacy.

Just the other day I met a nice man and we talked briefly in the store. He was impeccably dressed and his manners exceptional. He mentioned he was a pastor and his church was about 800 strong every Sunday in one of the poorest areas of a town with less than 250,000.

Later, I saw the pastor emerge from the store and climb into his $130,000 Porsche to leave.

I did not realize it paid so well to be a pastor, especially in the poorest or areas. I guess his opulence is needed to cause hope and desire among his flock.

He’s not a real reverend. He’s a far left extremist using the pulpit to push a political agenda.

What religion is this? Seems like he knows nothing about Jesus.

I've known a few of those over the years, one in particular. He only did it to stash money away tax free that he didn't want his wife to know about. He clearly was not a man of God, but he tried to take it to that level (albeit low budgetly)

Legal question for lawyers of TD:
can you legally defame someone who is dead?

Perhaps nothing, but why not? If nothing else if it doesn't get dismissed you will make that piece of shite pay some legal fees and take up his time.

I feel this momentum is building where we're going to be made afraid to support Charlie

"you know what he said right?"

the left is full of demons...

I have no desire to get into it with them

I just want to be left alone...

Generally...unfortunately, no.

For instance:

Silvester v. American Broadcasting Cos., 839 F.2d 1491 (11th Cir. 1988) – court held that no cause of action for defamation exists for the deceased.

FWIW, I think the rationale behind the rule is flimsy, and I could imagine other actions based on those words.
