Because we live in a fallen world. Sin always tries to destroy and pervert truth. Sin hates goodness and light.

But we are also seeing God's mercy. When people say miracles don't happen today, I think about the 2024 election. Trump surviving an assassination attempt and getting electing was a miracle. It is God's way of offering us all a second chance.

Charlie Kirk's death may lead to the biggest spiritual revival we have ever seen. He was uncompromising in his faith. He may be our John the Baptist who was sent to prepare the way.

I am a Christian who tries to seek God in everything, but I have known for a long time that I am not doing enough. On Sunday, my pastor talked about martyrs and how the blood of martyrs are the seeds of the church. Then Charlie Kirk was martyred on Wednesday. None of this is coincidence. It's God moving. We mourn, but Charlie Kirk is probably in awe that he lived well enough to die for his Savior.

They are a weak (and thus weak minded) people. who have become isolated from society due to an almost complete destruction of the family and community, not having any understanding of actual history or philosophy (and actually believing in an alternate fabrication) resulting in a complete separation of themselves with God or even themselves. This makes them highly susceptible to being brainwashed by the destructive Marxist ideologies endlessly espoused by "trustworthy" public and private institutions (universities, MSM, government agencies, et al). Once successfully separated from any and all alternative sources that could offer or model positive human behavior and feedback, they are corralled into a positive feedback loop of these false narratives through social media echo chambers, the only role models being provided to them being others of their own kind and the few so-called "successful" politicians, professors, and actors who have either been co-opted by this same program or are compensated handsomely by those who profit privately from the ensuing chaos.

All of this fueled by drugs and medications designed to simply hide their symptoms but at the same time making them even more suggestive to the dangerous programming and conditioning. Their every indulgence and recikless suicidal and self-destructive desire and degeneracy not only tolerated but actively encouraged to ultimately turn each and every one of them into the perfect consumer and active participant slave in any and every whim of the people pulling the strings of society.

It is a terrible thing that so many of them do not even know that their behavior leads them to make awful life decisions that create their own misery and suffering that will culminate most likely in an early death either through suicide or due to complications from one of their many hedonistic overindulgences. They fail to realize that they themselves are the source of their own misery, fear, and despondency.

And the very worst thing of all is that not only do they have no idea that they are actually committing evil but that they actually believe deep down inside that they are instead doing good.

Agreed. Been seeing a lot more references to God and the Bible on this site than I ever have before. Maybe God took Charlie home for this specific reason. God always has a plan and maybe this was his plan. IMO.
