Sorry if this has already been discussed, but does anybody know how often he saw the field?

Hopefully zero. He’s not SEC caliber.

A WR that runs a 4.2?

Wow. To go to from being chosen to attend SEC media days to not even getting on the field. Not ideal.

I still say lsu will not make playoffs unless he becomes a factor especially during sec play

One has to reluctantly entertain the possibility that Hilton is a head case.
He would not be the first.

When they are playing two deep because your running game is suspect and your QB refuses to run, then it’s hard for even the fastest WRs to get open.

Chris fricking Hilton is not the catalyst for this LSU team. He’s the 4th WR

Why so many people are stuck on the idea that Hilton can is the make or break piece for LSU being a playoff team last year and this year remains one of the greatest mysteries

He’s been on the field for 55 snaps in two games. He just hasn’t had any production.

He'd be starting at most other SEC schools. The kid's off to a rough start. But it's only been two games. He'll contribute.

Hilton is there to take the top off the defense, but it’s weird, we don’t throw deep…

I don’t understand why so many people beg for this dude and act like he is so good. He had horrible drop issues all last season and the one time he had the ball this season he fumbled. Meanwhile Brown, Thomas, and Anderson have been very productive. Speed does not automatically equate to WR success. Some of the fast combine runners have been shite NFL WRs.
