He can recruit, just can't coach. OL has been a problem since he has been here despite having talent. If the issues continues, he'll be fired after the season.

You know after the Clemson win he gave the players all the credit. I seem to notice him not being quite as hard on the players as last year. So far...

So it takes him year 4 to realize Davis is not a good coach and never has been? Sounds like he's trying to set someone up to fall on sword if his team doesn't meet expectations. I'm tired of hearing excuses. It's on him. He's the HC.

A QB who can not move makes any OL look bad and a QB like JD makes a bad OL look good.

It looked like to me the issues on the OL versus LA Tech were coming from the edges, not middle. The TEs did not block that well on the edges too.

Weston Davis had a 55.2 pass and 47.0 run grade. When your 5 star RT can't control the edge it prevents a right handed QB from his natural roll out to the right. We need more designed roll outs for Nuss and Weston is preventing that with his putrid play.

The defense plays with plenty of fire and physicality with Blake Baker leading them, I don't see that passion and intensity from anyone on the offense, staff or players.

He's not being consistent with the opportunities given to run. He's a fifth year senior.
