This time he falsely arrested a KY states attorney for DUI.
He has done this eight times. And still not fired. EIGHT TIMES.
He should be skinned alive and thrown into vats of salt and lemon juice. He's a disgusting looking old geezer too. No telling what else he has done.

Another reminder why you don’t talk to the police or take tests

That pos cop would probably be a lot cooler to hang out with than you. He's got to be at least more mentally stable

Case of this up near Fort Collins, Co recently.
They had a DWI task force that was gonna meet those metrics no matter what.
Wrecked a bunch of folks lives indirectly via divorces, lost jobs, CPS because of kids in the car.
Happens more than you think.

Some people should not be cops.

First off, the hands out and finger to nose is not one of the three standardized field sobriety test. If he is using this test, he needs to go back to the police academy. Well, really does not need to be in LEO.

If he had just got me between 2006-2020 all 8 would’ve been legit lol.

That guy looks pretty old. Eighth in how long of a time frame?
8 in 1 year is different from 8 in 30 years.

Shitty cops should always be called out.

Why doesn't he administer a breathalyzer? Save a lot of time and trouble

WSMV’s Jeremy Finley has been looking into this for a couple of years. In his report last Fall, he found that over 600 completely sober drivers were caught up in this predicament over the past 3 years.
Several of the earlier cases were from stops in the same stretch of I-24 not far from me. There is a TSP station just East of the 117 exit (near Bonnaroo) and this location showed up a lot in the data.
If I recall correctly,
A problem for people in Goodlettsville, TN was discovered before the TSP sober arrests were uncovered. Sarah Pence lost her job and was evicted due to a sober arrest. That Goodlettsville officer resigned but the damage he caused to those victims wasn’t easily repaired.

quote:Eh, maybe, but only if this was real life, but it's an online forum. It's his schstick and he's leaning into it, and he's doing us all a favor: There are a lot of bad cops, and they work for the politicians and bureaucrats, just look at covid for a taste test. Zero tolerance. Zero qualified immunity. There is nothing - nothing - more crooked and abhorrent than a sorry no good officer of the police state. Call them all out at every instance. We do it to the politicians, why not their mouthpiece.
