Make Latoya look incompetent. Make Pritzker and co look stupid. New Orleans wins. Louisiana wins.
Make the blue states ask for it. Go around to all the blue cities in red states and prove the concept.

I think that would be a great move strategically. An increase in Federal law enforcement to reinforce Troop NOLA. Maybe go after a couple of corrupt politicians.
Also find some more illegals for the Louisiana Lockup.
