Dallas leads in Black migration, knocking off Atlanta

Good news for Atlanta, bad news for Dallas and Houston which will surpass Atlanta soon.
As a Black conservative, I know from experience you never want to see a bunch of democratic voters "invade" any area, especially Black democrats. They don't build up anything, just tear shite up, play victim 24/7, and want free shite. Lets look at Baker. Baker was a nice mostly conservative Republican middle class city and as Black democrats invaded the area it turn to shite ... the schools, property values, crime, cleanliness, government, business investments ... everything declined! Also Section 8 dominates Baker now which that didn't exist 30-40 years ago
Atlanta will completely stop being a top destination for most Blacks. The biggest kryptonite to Black democrats is a high cost of living and lack of government assistance which describes the new Atlanta. Atlanta will be the NYC of the South with a Republican twist ... mostly government assistance free higher income people will be moving and staying there. Dallas and Houston will officially be the "new Black Mecca" in the next couple of years thanks to its affordability and plentiful jobs which is good and bad. Also watch as the crime and foolishness increase there too.

Trust me there's a lot of us. Some have been afraid to speak up in years past but I see more now than every before in my lifetime. Loud and proud with it too like me. People like CJ Pearson and Candance Owens is helping tremendously

UT liberal can't handle the truth so deflect to "racism". Classic virtue signaling liberal. How many "Black friends" you want to tell me you have. All the White liberals I know have ZERO .... none ever in their weddings or close social circle

Not if the replacement demographic is AWFLs.
New Orleans got colonized by white progs, and that's how you get Destroya and Susan Hutson.

Dallas isn’t exactly cheap
Posted on 8/28/25 at 4:52 pm to PelicanState87
The article is misleading. It only points to cities proper.
The overall trend in the Atlanta metro area has been that the native African American population is moving out toward the more affordable suburbs, e.g., Mableton, College Park, Decatur, etc, while Atlanta proper becomes gentrified and transient whites move into areas such as Summerhill, West End, and West Midtown.
The overall African American population of the Atlanta metro likely outpaces that of the Dallas metro by a wide margin.

There are no true black conservatives. Colin Powell was groomed as a black Republican until the bright lights of Obama caused him to betray the GOP and affirm his tribal nature.
Nice try.
Nice try.

This isn't a surprise considering how much gentrification has occurred inside Atlanta proper the last 15 years or so.
Neighborhoods that were once 80/20 black(Summerhill, Reynoldstown, Cabbagetown).are now 70/30 white if not 80/20 and others like West End are trending that way.

Are we going to pretend the same issues aren’t present in rural, low income white demos?
Posted on 8/28/25 at 4:55 pm to SECCaptain
Absolutely true.
Anyone who's been to West Virginia/E.Kentucky can attest to this.

How many neighborhoods have you witnessed get overrun with poor rural whites in section 8 housing?
And no, even poor rural white areas are not nearly as violent. They have theft and meth, but not nearly as much murder and carjacking.

There are no state taxes in Texas. Most Black people are renters. Much cheaper to rent in Texas than Georgia.

I disagree here.
Atlanta will always be attractive due to it having the largest black middle class of any city in America.

Already there my man. Pushing 7 MIL and will have 10 MIL by 2040
