Advanced Primary Care Management (APCM) benefits?

BR Clinic is currently reaching out to qualified patients requesting enrollment in the new advanced primary care program. I’m not familiar with this program and want to know if anyone has more knowledge of the advantages or disadvantages from a patient perspective. Thanks in advance for sharing your wisdom.

I think it sounds like concierge medicine as well. A lot of clinics are trying to get people to sign up for a monthly fee and not deal with insurance.
