Insurgent- jurisprudence on display once again from the disgusting left protecting this pedophile and human trafficker.
U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis creepy Obama appointed judge;
At a hearing Monday afternoon, U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis ordered that Abrego must remain stay detained in the United States — temporarily blocking his deportation to Uganda — until she holds an evidentiary hearing.

The same judge that ordered him back to the US. Remarkable. There must be only like 3 federal judges in the country

Xinis said there are "several grounds" on which there may be jurisdiction for her to exercise relief — among them that Uganda has not agreed to offer Abrego protections, like being able to walk freely, being given refugee status and not being re-deported to El Salvador.

Arrest the Kenyan fig and undo everything he signed and everything appointment, everything he did. This would address a lot of problems.

Enough already…. Just lock this POS up somewhere in the US and throw away the key. Ridiculous how much money, time, and effort has been wasted on this proven criminal. He and his cuck metrosexual lawyer can both disappear

I think a fair compromise is that until this issue is fully settled by the courts Maryland Man be given house arrest, at the home of U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis.

They will piss the entire treasury away protecting an illegal sex trafficker and wife beater, but they don't care that kids are being murdered in the nation's capital.

Pretty sure she has zero jurisdiction over immigration matters.
