I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it was zero.

I just watched a video of people in D.C. protesting the idea of bringing crime down in D.C.

Not one of them did so on the argument that it was an over reach of power, like you would expect.

They were all chanting about black children being attacked. That's what it's apparently about to them. If someone tries to reduce crime they are attacking black youth. One women who was interviewed said she had been robbed at gunpoint. Still opposed the crime reduction efforts.

Those who oppose colonization are obviously of the same mindset and will be just as mindless in their D.C. counterparts in their blind opposition. They would rather suffer in charge than thrive with someone else in charge.
