Wonder if they’ll do something like the US Steel deal, where SK can be a significant minority investor in a US company, allowing the company to expand capabilities.

S Korea’s shipbuilding has been taking hits from China, that’s why they have begun to invest in US yards and have been taking on US Navy repair contracts.
Japans ship building is in even worse shape.
