When was the last time you weren't in some sort of pain?

I'm 39 and was just thinking back that it's probably been 5 years or more since at least one thing didn't hurt on my body.
I'm not talking debilitating pain, but just some sort of soreness.
If it's less than two things I know it's going to be a good day.

Friday night, about 6 bourbons deep.
No pain.
No pain.

My back and left shoulder are always in constant pain. Constant inflammation and discomfort.
I've had 4 surgeries (many, many years ago) on this area, and while my shoulder is stable, it hurts.

I'm roughly the same age and I don't have any kind of chronic pain.

I'll be 49 in about a month and even though I wake up with an achy back sometimes, I don't really have body soreness. I have a physical job and I exercise. Maybe you should try not being lazy.

I don’t consider that pain. Pain hurts
Sounds like you’re talking about mild inconveniences. Give me those all day, every day. Mild soreness is just my cheap seats or table by the door. Nice problems to have. I stopped noticing all minor inconveniences.

How fat are you? Why do people act like the body starts failing at 30 or 40?

I’m 43 and don’t have any daily pain.
Knock on wood.

My Pops used to say that if he didn't wake up hurting somewhere he would think he was dead.

Since the summer between 5th and 6th grade (I graduated in 1988 do the math) - I fell about 20 feet head first on concrete and busted shite up pretty good.
Luckily I lived and can or could pass all physicals needed. Pain is a daily thing. Just like noise is from tinnitus.

Have you tried joining a gym? It wouldn’t hurt to check your diet also.

Currently. In my early 50s and I hardly ever have pain. Dental pain for a week or so back around Mardi Gras was probably the last

My knees and shoulders have been sore for about a decade.
Like you said, it's nothing debilitating, but it's noticeable.

Same, mid 50s and can't remember the last time I had pain. I may have recently had a slight headache the next day after drinks.
