Does anyone on this board still think Jeff Landry is a good Governor?

18 months or so in… does anyone still support him?
Don’t give me this weak “he’s better than JBE, he’s better than Wilson” garbage. Those two are festering piles of poo. Of course he’s better than them.
But you had three or four actual other conservatives to choose from.
Who here is man enough to admit his mistake?
I would have voted for Nelson. When he dropped, I voted for Wags.

Putting the state police in New Orleans has been a great move. He should get credit for that. He announced two AI data centers coming here, though who knows if they will actually get built.

I remember everyone in Louisiana bitching about EWE, then Treen, then EWE again, then Roemer, then EWE again, then Jindall, then JBE, and now Landry.
Is there any self awareness in the Great State of Louisiana at all? Why do y'all keep electing arse-hat losers over, and over, and over? Surely there is SOMEONE who could serve as governor and do a decent job! Go find that person and put them in office and quit providing housing for criminals and morons at the Governor's Mansion.

Jindal actually did conservative shite, like getting rid of State employees. All I care about is less government, and tax laws that allow corporations to know their costs. Not this ITEP bullshite that is constantly uncertain.

Yes, but I grade on a Louisiana politician scale. He is no Foster or first term Jindal, but he is miles ahead of Blanco and JBE.
