I am not sure it is even possible with cameras and digital identification required for everything.
The best chance I could see is if you were to be a caretaker or farm hand where are you trade room and board for your labor and do not require much contact with the outside world.

People ask questions in a small town and are a nosey bunch. Get to the largest city you can and work cash jobs. Back of house stuff like janitorial, dishwashing, or a day laborer until you can network enough to plan your trek out of the country.

You would have to have an extremely planned out situation with folks that are air tight.
You would also have to earn some sort of trustee situation where you could be picked up and get way ahead of the search.
