I love the lemon pepper flavor. Smoked with a touch of heat.

While not a big fan of Hooters... their Daytona sauce is incredible. Just the right amount of well balanced flavors.

I prefer a regular ole smoked wing finished in the fryer and dusted with a good bbq rub.

I need to try that. Looks delicious.

I like the nuoc cham wings they serve at some Vietnamese places, like the ones at Bao... also the salt & pepper wings w/ the garlic & jalapenos at Dian Xin

Quarter cup of yellow mustard
Quarter cup of honey
Tablespoon of black pepper
Tsp of Worcestershire
Dash of white pepper
Pinch of cayenne
A few tablespoons of your favorite hot sauce
(And if you want hot, a few dashes of your superhot hot sauce)
Basically tastes like baker's gold from pluckers. Sweet with a pronounced tang and a heat for every part of your tongue.

Traditional is the best but I’ll mess around with Asian glazes from time to time

I love mango habanero, especially Buffalo Wild Wings version of it. Too bad they put it on a bullshite wing.

I like brined wings that are lightly seasoned (with Tony's or a basic rub) and smoked/grilled over charcoal and cherry wood.
Sometimes I make a Michael Symon sauce recipe (dipping for me, but the recipe is for tossing).
3/4 cup Sriracha chile sauce
1 1/2 sticks (12 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Finely grated zest and juice of 3 limes
I often skip the butter and just eyeball the amounts I like of Sriracha, cilantro, and lime juice/zest.
It has some zip!

I always go for a little variety when getting wings. Mild or medium buffalo, but usually medium. Honey BBQ. Mango Habanero. I like the Carolina BBQ sauce at Baumhowers. We usually order 3-4 different baskets as appetizers and grab burgers or sandwiches and fries for the meal.

There’s a cigar lounge in Washington DC called Shelly’s Backroom. They have something called “campfire wings”.
After a few beers and cigar, I always ask if I can have the recipe for the sauce/ rub they use, but they always say no.
I know it has celery salt on it, but that’s about the only thing I can pinpoint.
They are the best wings I’ve ever had.
