these fricks, will say a guy is out for 3-4 days, on day 2, he's out for 6 months. they say he's day to day, on 2nd day, he's out for the season.
guy has a bad shoulder, he's throwing side session after side session, then during his 5th straight day of side sessions, he's got arm fatigue, out for season, tommy john

I'm not sure on the Pels is the medical staff or the culture? But, whatever reason, injury or missed time more correctly, has been the main issue with them for the last 20 years?
