Personally, I hope he sues!

There is a growing legal precedent supporting free speech rights of those who say they cannot be forced to utter language that they believe is wrong.

Woke is a joke. Society has to push back against mass normalized mental illness.

This is lunacy! Since when did mentally ill folks playing dress up become a protected class???
Is this stated in any law?

He’d lose. The rules were clearly stated, and he purposely broke them. Plus, Louisiana is a right-to-work state, and employers can fire any employees for any reason. FAFO.

Forcing people to participate in your sexual fetish is sexual abuse.

Weird.

Not necessarily true. He has grounds to sue and will likely wind up getting a nice settlement out of it. I can already think of one great argument for him in this case that I would be all over if I was his attorney.

You, sir, are wrong. Freedom of speech still exists. This is a public employee and can’t be compelled to use improper pronouns even if they made up some stupid rule about it. It is simply unconstitutional. He will absolutely win a lawsuit, but more likely a nice settlement..

That would be more true for private employers, but even then they can't for "any reason". Race for instance, or any other protected class.
