Or when you lower the standards to even be one.
If they went through the assault statute and there's nothing about spitting on someone, then how have people been arrested in the past for assault for spitting on a cop?
My only question about the video is was that actually the cop's property and what was that dude doing there? (just seems to be a relevant piece of information that was missing in the setup for the video).

This was explained in the video
The statute for assault on a police officer includes bodily fluids. No such inclusion for simple assault of a citizen. Has to include injury. Lawsuits incoming.

There are a lot of shite head cops out there, but they also have to deal with this..
At one point in this video, after the woman wrecks the car with 8 kids in it, the police get her drivers license that said she is 5'8 100lbs.. The cops reaction to that is pretty funny..

Wait, this guy drove from Long Island to Conn. and entered a state troopers private property, just so he could film it?
And he wants to claim to be the victim? The fact that he was charged with criminal trespass is proof that he has no clue about people and their right to privacy. Thats a long arse secluded driveway he walked up. So its not like he can claim public access or anything
