I hope part of his compensation is the DOJ being forced to release the Epstein list

This dude got railroaded because he made fun of people that controlled the levers of law enforcement at the time. It's pathetic how long this took to finally come to a legal conclusion.

That's the point. Same as with the 1500+ J6ers who were hunted down 4 years after the fact, up until Trump was sworn in.

Sending the message to you plebeians to not get any ideas.

If they are still around, everyone associated with that prosecution needs to be walked out of the DOJ by security. Today.

He was convicted in 2023. Can the DOJ retroactively drop charges on a conviction in court?

Not 100% sure about federal law but I would guess because it was up on appeal they were just waiting on the appeals court to rule and have the conviction overturned. He would have probably needed a pardon where it was in the system post conviction and up on appeal. But our great legal minds on the PT board can probably set this straight if it's incorrect.

The case was throw out today Einstein, which means it was ongoing.
Trump's DOJ could have dropped the charges and fighting the appeal in January.
What happens when charges are dropped, case dismissed.

The scary part is what it would have meant to all of us if this hadn't been dismissed.

He was convicted and then appealed. It was then overturned. No need to talk down to someone asking a simple question in which it was factually worded.

I swear this board gets triggered easily when someone asks a genuine question and people think they’re trying to antagonize.

Charges weren’t dropped “Einstein”.
