They could even not release a list or files and instead just start arresting the people who Epstein had criminal blackmail on.

Watch Benny Johnson's show from today. He goes through the public video of the Epstein Island seizure. There's no way in hell there's "nothing there". There's passports from different countries with his picture but different aliases. There's totes full of DVD's and computer towers being wrapped up.

Even the idea that all the evidence neatly fits on her desk is a fricking lie worth calling out.

In a sea of wild speculation about Epstein that is just further driving the hype train (how we got here in the first place), this is a good topic to discuss.

In all likelihood, there is a file and there is evidence. There is not a "list." The file implicates people to varying degrees, and we probably already know who those people are, or many of them. The evidence I assume consists of a lot of girls in compromising positions of all sorts, illegal and not, of age and not. Giuffre testified that Epstein island was covered up with photos and videos of that stuff. Which leads to the questions:

- How much of what Giuffre references was Jeff/Maxwell stuff (or a girl alone) vs. involving third parties?

- Look, this is a touchy topic, but we know some of the girls involved in the Epstein orbit weren't minors. Those that were may not have been clearly minors (I'm not excusing those involved, I'm speaking from a perspective of law enforcement looking at media after the fact). So how can the FBI decide whether an unidentified girl who might be 16 or she might be 20 is engaging in an unlawful act or not?

- And if we can pinpoint that a girl in a video was 15, what are we supposed to do with that? The FBI isn't going to just release a bunch of porn to the public. I assume even releasing transcripts or descriptions is dicey.

So I have no idea how you can get to a satisfactory level of transparency if that's what we're dealing with. Part of me is still like everyone else wondering whether the Epstein evidence locker has thousands of videos of Clinton and Gates and others in sex dungeons on Epstein Island, but I think that's not likely the reality.

Don’t misunderstand. I am simply saying the context when she said it was on her desk was not a claim to having read the entire thing. Again, this is really not even controversial.

It's not controversial - its just retarded. Again, watch the video from the Epstein Island seizure. There's dozens of fake passports and cell phones and binders and laptops and computer towers and discs and memory cards and everything else you can think of. Bins full of it.

This was a coordinated effort that had a large amount of resources and logistics involved. It's not some horny dude beating off in front of his computer or some guy's girlfriend paying prostitutes to give him handjobs. It's obviously 1000x that. It's not a matter of just looking through a file. That's idiotic.
