That's going to be one hot place to be in that neighborhood in the summer. Lot of asphalt and concrete, no trees or grass.
Rather have 700 acres and a double wide outside of Johnson City.

Most likely just under 2%. But functional schools, unlike in Louisiana. Frisco is old news, this will sell to someone chasing what Frisco was 5-10 years ago.

According to Zillow, the estimated property tax on the Frisco house is estimated to be $46k. The Lafayette house that was posted has an estimated property tax of $39k.

If the exterior finish is not 3/4" Oriental Stucco then it's garbage. The so called stucco they are using these days is crap. You can punch a hole in it with a broom handle. If not installed properly can be a nightmare. Mold loves it. For the price a proper exterior finish would be a must!
