I’d say start Noot and see how he does with a short leash to Cowan.

I’d let Cowan give a crack at it. I think he would play well in this park especially if the wind is blowing in making the park play even bigger. Only concern is Arky has seen him once already so who knows if his change up would be as effective.

His change up is affective when he can paint his fastball.

His fastball was barely missing last few times out. Then he left some change up too high.
