If its Evans, I'm not sure anyone should be surprised.

Jay believes in winning a game right now and f tomorrow, a lot of the time

This is not criticism of that, just what Jay goes with

Worry about that when you get there, but id imagine some noot/cowan/williams combo if we had to

Thank God

Anything else would be silly. He showed he can go 6 against Little Rock.

Win today and worry about the 2-0/2-1 game tomorrow. LSU would have the luxury of having a mulligan and then starting Anderson in the if nec game. Wouldn't be ideal for the finals but it would get you there.

Let's not forget LSU is going to score some runs today.

in the 2-1/2-1 game we had to start Skenes so it worked out for us before.

Why?

Why not try any other arm on a short leash before going to Evans? That’s an equally viable strategy

Shores, Noot, Cowan or Williams

I too believe we are going to score some runs....that's why I wouldn't go Evans

If we lose, we will need to win 3 without Anderson, eyanson, evans...or very little of them.

Is shores capable, sure, cowan, sure, Cooper, sure...but none are dependable...good one day. Ad another.

Is what it is....

It's a pitcher's ballpark and our staff will rise to the occasion just like they did in 2023.

Some of you have such short memories.

Because Evans is your best pitcher and you don't want to risk giving up the lead you have.
